Fees incurred on VeriAge are for digital services delivered in real-time and therefore not generally eligible for refunds.
However, we will review refund requests for the following reasons:
- Your ID verification process was not completed due to any technical glitch on our part.
- If there are/were valid fraud issues concerning your account payment or form of payment used to submit your account. In this case, we will block further payments from this account for your protection and ours.
If any of these apply, please use our Contact Form, let us know your issue and the email address on your account, and we will work with you to get it resolved.
